Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging and with all labels and accompanying materials that came with the product. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a refund, you can contact us at info@cactuspetshop.com. UpoPlease note that returns must be sent to Lipnik 55, Trebnje, 8210, Slovenia at your expense.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be considered a return. Please note that shipping may take longer than expected if your country of residence is not Slovenia.

INJURIES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund. If you paid on delivery, you must provide us with your bank account information within 3 days of your refund being approved.
