Our chews and treats are a completely natural product, so regardless of the pictures, titles and descriptions, the pieces differ from the actual products, so you can expect deviations. Chews and treats are dried on plastic nets, which in rare cases can stick to the products. It is very rare for chews and treats to have insects on the surface, in most cases this happens by being transferred from the animal's fur. These insects are completely harmless to most dogs, as there is also a special dog food made from insects. Some insects can develop miniature larvae that we cannot see during packaging, as a result, the insect is only noticeable when it grows and when the product is with you. For these reasons, you are obliged to inspect each product and, in case of unsuitable condition for your dog, return the product, in which case we will refund your money.

All prize games and the like are limited to the territory of Slovenia only.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.


  1. SECTION - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These limits may include orders placed through or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
