Is this your first Essentials food bag?
The first bag of Essentials brings about a change in eating habits. You can gradually introduce Essentials into your dog's diet over 4-7 days, or make the change from one day to the next.

It is very important to adjust the daily amount of food to your dog's needs. Overfeeding can cause loose stools. Therefore, we recommend that you spend the first 2-3 weeks finding the perfect amount of food. When your dog's stools are firm and your pet is happy, you have found the right portion size. Now you can enjoy all the benefits of Essentials.

Storage: We recommend using the Essentials food box for storage. Food should be stored in a cool, dry place (5-18°C) out of direct sunlight and in an airtight container. Proper storage will ensure that food retains its freshness and flavor.

Advice for dogs with picky tastes
In our experience, most dogs can't resist the taste of Essentials, but don't be discouraged if your dog doesn't finish the entire meal.If your dog may not finish their meal, it is not because of the taste, but because the food is more filling, which your dog will get used to over time. If your dog is particularly picky, try pouring a little hot water over their portion. Instead of water, you can pour 1-2 heaping tablespoons of Essentials Omega 3 Oil over their portion.

Best to use within 12 months from the date of manufacture. The date, time and unique product number are located on the packaging.
